Quick Apply Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description As an Accountant/Payment Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily and monthly reconciliation that ensures accurate payment processing and procedures as well as other accounting functions.
In this position, you will apply the principles of accounting and analyze financial information.
This position will work directly with sales and project teams as well as upper management.
You will:
Review, research, and resolve payment processing transactions and chargebacks Perform daily settlement balancing Complete a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Work with implementation teams to ensure new accounts are set up properly Perform bank reconciliation and other month-end procedures Work as part of a team Assist with accounts payable/receivable and other accounting duties as needed You should have:
Associates degree in Accounting or relevant field Minimum 3 years experience as an accountant or bookkeeper Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases Superior math skills and an analytical mind Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Polished phone and email etiquette Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Ability to adapt to sudden changes in functions and responsibilities We would also love it if you had:
Knowledge of SQL and Database Systems/Queries
