We currently operate 17 sites in TN, VA & WV and plan to double in size by the end of 2022.

As A Team Member You Will:
Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For:
A team Player with a strong work ethic that's contagious Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays Be able lift 50 lbs.
