Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide administrative support to the market Talent Acquisition team.
The role will help coordinate candidate/Hiring Manager/TAP schedules for complex or multi meet assessments activities, providing administrative support to seasonal hiring activities, completing and administering associated new hire paperwork and processes, production of defined reporting, processing of Talent Acquisition invoices, maintenance of talent pipeline / preferred supplier / important contact lists.
The Coordinator has no direct people management responsibility.
The Coordinator also does not have direct financial or budget responsibility Your Impact Partner with Talent Acquisition Partner to schedule and co-ordinate relevant parties for assessment activities (interviews etc), ensuring high-quality client/candidate experience is maintained throughout.
Prepare interview/assessment packs as directed.
Ensure delivery of offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (Contracts of employment, reference checks, travel expenses), according to market practices.
Coordinate the pre-employment requirements according to market practices.
According to market practice, administer Contingent Workers administration and process - agency temps, freelancers, contractors etc.
Provide important administrative and process support in the delivery of seasonal hiring process Answer questions, respond to email, keep candidates engaged, provide directions.
Post adverts, collating CVs, following up with leaders etc.
Manage responses/allocation of generic email accounts ( email protected for example).
Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by TA Lead.
To collate and maintain accurate and up to date reporting for all talent activity including recruitment of new QVC peopl What You Bring Interest and some experience using social media tools for commercial purposes would be advantageous.
Progress a high volume of work.
Juggle conflicting priorities within given deadlines.
