The Opportunity Reporting to the People Team Manager, the People Team Coordinator provides a variety of administrative tasks for the People function at the site and corporate level.
You will work directly with the local People teams to facilitate successful execution of People initiatives and events.
You will coordinate and implement all team member experience events (i.
e.

Your Impact You will provide site first contact for Team Members on any queries or issues.
Provide initial policy interpretation guidance to team members, escalating to People Partner, People Manager, Payroll or TMS.
Types of Policies include LOA, Leave arrangements, Benefit queries.
Provide initial intake support on TMR issues and escalating accordingly.
Participate in connect sessions with leaders under guidance of Partner/Manager.
Oversee all aspects of People event planning through production - coordination and implementation of events, procuring all supplies, handling logistics, requesting and managing volunteers and communicating with staff and outside vendors.
What You Bring Minimum 3 years relevant experience; must include Customer Service or Human Resources.
High school diploma required.
Excellent working experience with computer software and databases.
Coordinate many activities with multiple components requiring independent follow through.
Maintain a view of the business situation when making decisions.
Work with confidential information and recognize the sensitivity needed when handling that information.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
