Manifest Clerk/Material Handling Specialist Needed!
OVERVIEW
Kelly Services has an immediate position available for a manifest clerk/material handling specialist with a growing company located in Piney Flats, TN. Candidates must live within a 30 mile distance from the job site. Past warehouse or manual labor experience is a must! Candidates must also be able to work 12 hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position is for the 3rd shift with weekend availability.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
-Ability to perform Associate duties in addition to researching discrepancies and analyze/report cause and effect using HSN Manifest.
-Reconcile outbound manifests and other related shipping documents/reports such as aged shipcon, long range allocation projections, Weekly Shipping reports, WMS Box Report, Manifest Dashboard.
-Activity interact with other HSN facilities to ensure timely support.
-Actively engage in planning with corporate logistics/APLUPS-SCS to ensure Piney Flats outbound carrier equipment requirements are met and maintained and other daily shipping functions.
REQUIREMENTS
-1-2 year experience in fulfillment or distribution warehouse.
-Complex mathematical skills including reconciling, auditing and reporting.
-Intermediate computer skills necessary; may require additional knowledge of WMS, Retek and/or other warehouse computer systems.
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically, Microsoft Excel.
-Certification on MHE if required for completion of tasks.
HIGHLIGHTS
-Pay is $9.50 per hour.
-This position is temporary (opportunity to be reassigned to production if it ends).
-Overtime is occurring and is mandatory.
