2019 Summer Intern - Aftermarket Sales (Johnson City, TN)

A Day in the Life of an Aftermarket Sales Intern:
Bell is seeking students for an Aftermarket Sales Internship at our Piney Flats, Tennessee facility. This internship position will compare, differentiate and communicate aftermarket product features based on customer needs and requirements.
Responsibilities May Include:
Manage and push key targeted inventory.
Upsell and capture targeted opportunities.
Analyze opportunities with aircraft owners to sell inventory.
Communicate and collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers and Customer Support Engineers based on potential sales regions.
Focus on customers who are previous AOG/P1 and in need of parts or spares.
Solicit information to upsell and help plan maintenance for upcoming inspection.
Perform basic sales support tasks including CRM support and analysis, track quotes, maintain sales Sharepoint site.
Conduct market analysis of the helicopter and aviation industries, defining trends and opportunities.
Perform regression analysis to identify and understand market trends.
Lead sales initiatives and campaigns.
Generate trade revenue by taking customer calls, processing orders and quotes.
Complete key account business reviews.
Attendance at tradeshows/performing customer visits.
Other duties as assigned based on educational focus.
The intern will work full-time during the 11 weeks of the internship.
Education Requirements:
Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher at the time of the Summer Intern Program.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sales Certification strongly preferred.
Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA.
Minimum Requirements for an Aftermarket Sales Intern at Bell:
Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program (May 28th ? August 9th).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
