A Day in the Life of a Finance Intern:
As a Finance Intern for Bell, you'll be a part of the team at our Piney Flats, Tennessee location. You'll take part in a fast-paced internship which will consist of projects, activities and hands-on training to facilitate your learning. You'll have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and subject matter experts who will be mentoring and coaching you to success.
Areas of responsibility could include:
Cost Analysis
Financial Analysis
Earned Value Management
Business Process Analysis
Rate Management
Payroll Administration
Financial Planning
The intern will work full-time during the 11 weeks of the internship.
Education Requirements:
Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher at the time of the Summer Intern Program.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business strongly preferred.
Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA.
Minimum Requirements for a Finance Intern at Bell:
Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program (May 28th ? August 9th).
Good communication skills, both oral and written are required.
Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Action oriented.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
